A Nigerian woman caused quite a stir on the internet with a video in which she criticized girls for marrying financially challenged men.
In the video, the woman emphatically states that choosing a financially struggling man as a spouse is the gravest mistake a girl can make in her life.
She expresses her own refusal to marry a man of limited means, deeming it a risky endeavor.
Expanding on her views, she insists that women should learn to part ways with men who cannot provide the way their fathers have always done generously.
According to her, many impoverished or selfish men exhibit foolish thinking, attributing this to the mental toll of financial hardship, while recognizing that only a few of them possess intelligence.
She argued that many girls are ill-suited for relationships with financially challenged men, often describing them as insecure and manipulative.
The Nigerian woman pointed out that a common trait among such men is to frequently utter phrases like
“Is it because I don’t have money that you’re treating me this way?”
which she personally finds exasperating.
