Nigerian actress Ronke Ojo, also known as Ronke Oshodi Oke, has opened up about her tumultuous one-year marriage that had a profound impact on her mental health.
During an interview with actress Biola Abayo on the program “Talk To B,” Ronke Oshodi Oke candidly revealed the details of her past.
Ronke emphasized that the emotional toll from her failed marriage pushed her to the brink, where she contemplated public suicide.
She further disclosed that her late friend and fellow actress Bunmi prevented her from taking such a drastic step.
She said:
“At a point, I almost lost my sanity, like mo fe ya were. I got out of my ex-husband’s room naked, I was going to walk outside nak3d. It was Bunmi, may her soul rest in perfect peace, who drew me back. I was about to walk out butt naked.”
