Controversial Nigerian artist Habeeb Okikiola, commonly known as Portable, has triggered online responses with a recent video that has emerged.
In the surfaced video, Portable fearlessly takes on singer Adekunle Gold after Adekunle reached out to him for a video challenge related to his popular song “Ogaranya.”
Portable’s direct challenge occurred while he was granting permission to his signee, Young Duu, to contribute a verse to the challenge presented by singer Berri Tiga, as requested.
Clearly discontent with Adekunle Gold’s request, Portable takes a jab at the singer for approaching him to participate in the Ogaranya video.
The “Zazoo Zeh” artist additionally suggests that since Adekunle Gold is already a well-established artist, he should have offered assistance by featuring with him rather than proposing involvement in a hit song challenge.
Portable further emphasizes his need for support as a solo artist, and in doing so, dismisses Adekunle Gold’s proposal, stating, “It’s not about challenges, it’s about featuring.”
