The actress had faced controversy in 2020 when she celebrated her birthday and claimed to be 35 years old, consistently celebrating her 35th birthday in previous years as well. In response to the age controversy, she dismissed it as a humorous act and a way of entertaining her audience. Allwell emphasized that the repeated mention of being 35 each year was not an indication of her true age, but rather a playful way to stay youthful and entertain her fans. She even joked about celebrating another “35th year” in the upcoming year.
