Veteran Nollywood actor, Adewale Adebiosu, has expressed his frustration and disappointment over the meager amount of money he was once paid for his work on a movie set.
Known for his roles in Yoruba movies, Adebiosu revealed that he received a shockingly low payment of N3,000 for participating in 11 scenes of a movie.
In a video that has been circulating online, Adebiosu shared his experience, describing it as an unforgettable moment in his career. He expressed his disbelief and sorrow at being paid such a paltry sum despite putting in considerable effort.
Adebiosu recounted that the incident took place a few days before Christmas, and he had expected to earn enough money from his role to provide for his family. However, the reality was far from his expectations.
After receiving the N3,000 payment, Adebiosu boarded a bus and found himself unable to control his tears throughout the journey back home.
