Peter Okoye, a renowned artist, has offered his support to the ailing Nollywood veteran, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu.
In an Instagram post, Peter Okoye characterized Mr. Ibu as someone who has brought joy to many faces and called on the public to assist him both financially and with their prayers.
In a heartfelt video, Mr. Ibu and his family appealed for donations and prayers on behalf of the actor. He shared that his doctor had informed him that if further medical treatments did not succeed, he might have to undergo a leg amputation. The actor is facing a challenging health condition, and support from well-wishers and the public is vital during this time.
In response to Mr. Ibu’s request, Peter Okoye shared the actor’s account details and urged the public to help him during his medical challenge. He expressed his support for Mr. Ibu, emphasizing that Nollywood legends deserve better.
