No woman can endure Everything I pass through in my second marriage – Mercy Aigbe

Mercy Aigbe has pondered the hardships she confronted in the initial stages of her marriage to movie producer Kazim Adeoti. It’s a common trend for public figures to share insights into their personal experiences, shedding light on aspects of their lives.

The 45-year-old discussed her second marriage with media personality Morayo Afolabi-Brown and the ladies of Your View on Friday.

Mercy Aigbe emphasized that, considering her status, she believes few women would have endured the challenges she faced in her experiences.

“Of course, I love my husband, I love my husband so very much. I do not think any woman would have gone through what I went through if it wasn’t love because I didn’t have to, I mean, I am comfortable, to God be the glory, I have kids, so it’s love, it love that did that to me, its cos of love I did what I did, I remarried. I am such a lover girl. I am very emotional, I love love,” she said.

Speaking on converting to Isam, Mercy said: “When it comes to religion I am a very libral person and then I love my husband very much and my husband is a very religious person you know he prays, he’s someone I admire a lot, I just decided to follow my husband and the thing made our bond tighter and sweeter and it is new and exciting for me at the end of the day, we are serving on God, that’s my opinion.”

Adeoti’s family gained media attention last year when his estranged wife, Funsho, accused Mercy Aigbe of snatching Kazim Adeoti. Funsho alleged that Mercy had intimate relations with Kazim while still married to her ex-husband, Lanre Gentry, and mentioned that Mercy’s son was only five months old at that time.

Mercy Aigbe officially revealed Kazim as her husband on January 23rd.

Her marriage to Gentry came to an end in 2017 amid allegations of domestic violence and infidelity.
