Celebrities all over the entertainment industry on Tuesday, December 12, honoured Mercy Aigbe’s invitation to the premiere of her new film Ada Omo Daddy.
The star studded event was held at the Imax Cinema in Lagos. The dress code which was Cultural wedding guest extravaganza had top celebrities grooving in their different ’owambe’ attires.
Mercy Aigbe was adorned in her traditional outfit, which she paired with a staff to spice it up.
Nkechi Blessing turned up with four lady escorts, Toyin Abraham wore a black agbada, matching cap and dark shades to complement the look.
Other celebrities like Odunlade Adekola, Lala, Kazim Adeoti, Lizzy Anjorin and her husband, Ruth Kadiri, Mercy Eke, Madam Saje, Bobrisky, Omoborty, Kiekie, Phyna, Kemi Afolabi and Omowunmi Dada attended the event.

Two days ago, Naijalegit reported that actress turned filmmaker Funke Akindele had many top celebrities in attendance at the premiere of her latest film, “A Tribe Called Judah.”
The star-studded premiere took place at the Imax Cinema in Lagos on Sunday with the theme: “Costume Party Extravaganza.”
Funke Akindele and screen diva Nse Ikpe-Etim amongst others, were among the many celebrities who stole the spotlight at the event.
Funke showed up at the event looking like a fairy princess while Nse was dressed as a clown.
The Omo Ghetto actress took no chances in taking centre stage as all eyes were on her at the event. Funke wore a beautiful gown decorated with gold, a silver crown and a long veil to match the attire.
The mother of two shared a video of herself via Instagram rocking the gorgeous look with elegance and poise.
Nse on her part, pulled off a never before look as she dressed up looking like a clown. The actress wore a red jacket and red pants to match, with her face painted white, blue and red clownishly.
Fellow cast of the film Jidekene Achufusi aka Swanky JKA shared a video of himself, Funke, Nse, Uzee Usman, Uzor Aruwe and Timini Egbuson on their way to the movie premiere.
Swanky was dressed as pirate Jack Sparrow, a character played by Hollywood actor Johnny Depp, while Uzee turned up as an Emir and Timini represented the popular Super Mario character.
Others in attendance included Ini Dima-Okojie, Sharon Ooja, Shaffy Bello, Ruth Kadiri, Yvonne Jegede, Uti Nwachukuwu, Seyi Awolowo, Boma Akpore, Tania Omotayo, Nosa Rex, and Hilda Dokubo, who appeared dressed as a priestess, adding to the star-studded gathering.
