A recent video of Liam Light, the son of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad, has surfaced online as he marks his 7th month.
Mohbad and his wife, Omowunmi, welcomed their son, Liam, in April 2023, shortly after their engagement.
Yet, the singer passed away at the age of 27 on September 12, 2023, and today, November 12, 2023, marks three months since Mohbad was lost to the cold hands of death.
The demise of Mohbad has stirred controversy for months, with startling revelations surfacing about the circumstances of his death.
From the alleged assault by Sam Larry and Naira Marley on Mohbad to the reported connection of his childhood friend, Primeboy, to the singer’s death, along with the treatment provided by an unlicensed nurse, and the accusations of infidelity and alleged involvement in Mohbad’s death against his wife, Wunmi, among other claims.
Segments of the trending online discussions also revealed claims that Mohbad’s son, Liam, might belong to Sam Larry, with suggestions of a required DNA test.
Nevertheless, a recent video celebrating Liam at 7 months old has garnered widespread acclaim, with many asserting that he bears a striking resemblance to Mohbad.
Captioning the video, Instagram journalist Temilola Sobola wrote: “Happy 7 months birthday to Mohbad’s son, Liam. No evil shall befall you. God’s protection will always be on you wherever you are. May you be greater and live longer than your father❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
