The event took place on a sprawling 100-hectare piece of land situated in Ketu-Ejirin, Epe, with an estimated cost of $100 million.

Femi Adebayo also shared a video from the event and expressed his excitement about the ambitious project, a collaboration between the Lagos State Government and Del-York International Group, set to transform Ejirin, Epe into a modern film hub.
