Nigerian actor Iyabo Ojo reacted to the news of the Nigeria Police arresting Azeez Adeshina Fashola, known professionally as Naira Marley, over an ongoing investigation into the circumstances leading to the death of his former signee, Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mohbad.
Iyabo Ojo took to her social media to share a screenshot of the statement from the spokesman for the state police command, Benjamin Hundeyin. She captioned it with:

Naira Marley had previously announced his return to Nigeria to assist in the ongoing investigation into the death of his former signee, MohBad.
In a tweet on Tuesday, the singer revealed his arrival in Lagos and his intention to cooperate with the authorities.
“I’d like to share that I’ve just arrived back in Lagos, Nigeria to assist the authorities with the ongoing investigation. It’s important I do my part for Imole,” he said, adding, “I’ll be meeting with the police with hopes for the truth to be uncovered and for justice to prevail.”
