Kwam 1 emerged from seclusion on the 24th of September, 2023, after completing a seven-day traditional rite.
The celebrated singer took to his social media page to share the great news, posting a photo of himself seated on a royal chair.
He captioned the photos with a simple yet impactful message, “R. O. Y. A. L. T. Y.”
As news of Kwam 1’s coronation spread, A-list celebrities joined in congratulating the iconic musician on this prestigious achievement.
Notable celebrities from the Nigerian entertainment industry, including actors, musicians, and public figures, flooded the comment section with warm congratulations for Kwam 1.
A-list stars like Fathia Williams, Mustapha Sholagbade, Karim Adeoti, Kehinde Bankole, and Mama Oriki were among those who celebrated the Fuji maestro’s elevation to this prestigious title.

KWAM 1’s attainment of this prestigious title reflects his remarkable contributions to enhancing the reputation of Ijebuland and, by extension, the entire Yorubaland.
