Controversial investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo has made the claim that Mohbad’s death was a result of his involvement in cultism and drug abuse.
In response to this revelation, numerous fans and concerned individuals have urged the police to perform an autopsy on Mohbad’s body, especially after allegations that he was mistreated by Naira Marley and his entourage leading to his demise.
However, Kemi Olunloyo holds a contrasting viewpoint regarding the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s passing. She contends that Mohbad’s demise was a result of his involvement in a cult and the misuse of drugs.
Kemi Olunloyo claims to have spoken with a close relative of Mohbad who verified his affiliation with a cult and disclosed that he was quickly buried to prevent an autopsy from being conducted.
“Mohbad, like many other artists in the Nigerian music industry, had significant involvement in cultism and drug abuse. It’s time for journalists who are aware of the truth to share it, rather than seeking attention and following trends. This is why his family has chosen not to exhume his body; it’s buried under substantial concrete in a backyard outside of a cemetery. I recently had a phone conversation with one of his relatives, a cousin who wishes to remain anonymous.
“He strongly insists that there should be no autopsy. I sympathize with any pathologist who attempts to examine and dissect his body; it’s akin to a formidable spiritual python🐍 residing within him. He was engaged in a battle with cultists, and they retaliated. No one came to his aid, not his supposed fans, the police, or former fans of Malian music. Now, they are producing videos and documents after his passing.
“Drugs were his coping mechanism. His hypertension became unmanageable. Something in his lifeless body is growing and twisting, endangering his family. We had to remove him from this world swiftly and bury him. He didn’t pass away months ago; he was still performing just last weekend.”
