Ex-Ekiti State governor’s Brother, Isaac Fayose, gave N200,000 to Mohbad’s wife, promised to be send her N100,000 monthly for her upkeep

Isaac Fayose, the brother of former Ekiti governor Ayo Fayose, has shown compassion towards the family of the late singer Mohbad.

Despite not being familiar with the singer or his music before his sudden passing, Fayose was deeply affected by the news. He extended his generosity by sending 200 thousand naira to the singer’s wife and son, with a promise to provide a monthly allowance of 100 thousand naira from now on.

In a video message shared by the philanthropist, he revealed his intention to purchase items for the late singer’s son abroad and deliver them within 12 days of his return.

In his caption, he wrote, “Rest In Peace Moh Bad!!! I pledge 100k monthly for the upkeep of the little boy he left behind… May God comfort you and the rest of the family.”

In recent developments, it has been reported that the late singer Mohbad tragically passed away due to complications arising from a severe ear infection.

Sources close to the singer’s family and friends have revealed that Mohbad succumbed to the complications resulting from this ear infection. This shocking news has deeply saddened the music community and left fans in disbelief.

The tragic circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s demise were brought to light by individuals within his team. On Tuesday, September 12, 2023, Mohbad sought medical attention at a hospital for his ear infection. Early in the day, he bravely went to the hospital in the hopes of receiving treatment to alleviate his discomfort.

Upon his arrival at the medical facility, Mohbad was administered an injection as part of his treatment plan. Unfortunately, to the dismay of his loved ones, the singer lost consciousness shortly after receiving the injection and, tragically, did not regain consciousness. This revelation emerged shortly after initial reports had already announced his passing.
