Controversial Nigerian disc jockey, DJ Chicken, has strongly criticized Portable for not winning an award at the 16th Headies, especially since he failed to secure a nomination.
It’s worth noting that the street-hop artist, along with others like Wizkid, didn’t make it onto this year’s nomination list.
Following the awards event, Portable, who had received two nominations in the 2022 edition but didn’t win either, expressed his disappointment, taking the blame for his own setback.
DJ Chicken, a close friend of Portable, has taunted him for missing out on an award, suggesting that Portable’s streak of success has come to an end. DJ Chicken even bragged that the amount he earns daily on Instagram is equivalent to the cost of building Portable’s house in Ogun State.
Furthermore, DJ Chicken criticized Portable for alleging that Shallipopi is involved in fraudulent activities (Yahoo boy).
