In a recent video, the Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, openly acknowledges his relationship with Queen Dami, the ex-wife of Alaafin of Oyo.
Portable revealed this during his appearance on the audiovisual podcast “The Honest Bunch,” hosted by Nedu Wazobia and two others.
This confirmation follows earlier indications of their relationship, seen in screenshots of online conversations where Portable and Queen Dami were flirting with each other, as previously reported by Intel Region.
The Zazoo Crooner, Portable, and Queen Dami exchanged affectionate comments in the comment section, referring to each other as “King and Queen” and using “Love Emojis.”
In response to the speculation, Portable clarified that he doesn’t have any children with Queen Dami, emphasizing that she has been his longtime fan. He mentioned that his connection with her deepened after the passing of the Alaafin of Oyo, stating, “After king na king.”
Portable further remarked that he wouldn’t have entered into a relationship with her if the Alaafin were still alive, underscoring that he doesn’t pursue relationships with other men’s wives.
