In the video, she approached Kwam1 and his friends, kneeling to greet him and exchanging pleasantries. The disapproving fan called out her actions, considering it hypocritical since they believed she probably doesn’t kneel before her husband, Afeez Owo, in public or during their morning interactions.

Mercy Aigbe shared the visit on her Instagram through a joint post with her husband, expressing that they visited the Fuji singer at his residence. She extended her congratulations to the singer for being conferred the title of Olori Omoba of Ijebuland. In her post, she referred to Kwam1 as the Mayegun of Yorubaland, and also mentioned Alhaja Balikis, probably a close associate, who was present during the visit.
