“It is with great sorrow that I reflect on our friendship, which began during our childhood. We both hailed from the same community in Osogbo. Before venturing into the Entertainment Industry, we went through trials and tribulations together, ultimately giving birth to the idea of establishing a Theatre group with a few colleagues. We may have had our fair share of misunderstandings, but we always found a way to reconcile. You were a person of immense kindness, one who never harbored grudges and effortlessly let go of troubles. It pains me deeply that just as we were reuniting and bringing all our old friends together to achieve greater milestones in the industry, death snatched you away from us. I pray that the Almighty Allah grants you Aljanah Firdaus, Olawale Murphy Afolabi. I will always miss you, Omo Afolabi.”
