Fabiyi clarified that he did not invite her to any hotel and instead revealed that it was Mo-Bimpe who made the decision to leave him in Lagos and accompany one of his movie colleagues to Abuja.

She had no prior experience in acting, and it was I who gave her the opportunity to enter the acting profession. However, on that same movie set, she decided to leave me and accompany a colleague to Abuja, despite my warnings.”
