Nollywood actor, Muyiwa Ademola, has expressed his frustration with the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) for their consistent power cuts and restoration.
Ademola shared his experience of returning home from an 18-day film set, only to have his sleep repeatedly interrupted by the power company. He expressed his disappointment at the frequent interruptions, with the power being restored and cut off every 5 to 10 minutes.
Calling on the PHCN to cease this irritating behavior, Ademola also raised concerns about the noise pollution caused by the light alarms installed in his area. He emphasized the need for improvement and appealed for an end to the unreliable power supply.
Ademola highlighted the negative consequences of the power cuts, such as damage to electrical appliances. He noted that while some neighbors may run generators during the power cuts, he preferred not to, if possible.
In conclusion, Muyiwa Ademola called for an end to the frustrating power cuts and expressed his hope for better service from the PHCN.
