“Segun Ogungbe and Second Wife, Wunmi Ajiboye, Reportedly Go Separate Ways,”

“Controversy Surrounds Alleged Separation of Movie Producer Segun Ogungbe and Second Wife, Actress Wunmi Ajiboye”

In a surprising turn of events, it has been alleged that movie producer Segun Ogungbe and his second wife, actress Wunmi Ajiboye, have decided to part ways.

This news comes just weeks after Segun Ogungbe’s first wife, Atinuke Ogungbe, spoke highly of her rival, Omowunmi Ajiboye, praising her as a wonderful person.

According to a report from Instagram gossip platform Gist Lover, the alleged reason behind the separation is financial issues, claiming that Segun couldn’t support Wunmi’s lifestyle, leading her to engage in relationships with other men. The report also recalls the history of their relationship, stating that Wunmi learned the movie business from Segun and later became involved with him, causing turmoil with his first wife Atinuke. However, Atinuke stood her ground and focused on her children.

Although both families are reportedly attempting to resolve the situation, it is suggested that the matter has escalated to the point where Wunmi has already packed her belongings. The report concludes by stating that the first wife seems to have emerged victorious, while the second wife finds herself facing new challenges.

Naijalegit recalls a previous incident in 2020 when Segun Ogungbe took to his social media page to express his appreciation for his two wives, acknowledging their peace, love, maturity, and blessings.

There were rumors suggesting that Segun, who is the nephew of the late actor and filmmaker Akin Ogungbe, known to have had 20 wives and 50 children, followed in his uncle’s footsteps by allegedly impregnating his wife’s “best friend,” Omowunmi. At the time, Omowunmi was an upcoming actress training at Segun’s film school.

According to the report, Omowunmi gave birth to a baby boy, and the couple had a ceremony to formalize their union, leading to significant issues within Segun’s marriage.

However, Segun Ogungbe dismissed these rumors during an interview with Punch, stating that his wives did not know each other before he got married. He emphasized having a peaceful household and credited God for blessing him with understanding wives. Regarding the speculation about having multiple wives like his uncle, Segun simply advised others to mind their own business.
