Nigerians express disappointment in Bobrisky following the leak of his chat with a jeweller.
Bobrisky took to his Instagram page to share the chat, claiming to have spent a staggering N8 million on purchasing gold jewelry. He stated that he planned to wear these pieces to an upcoming party.
Sharing screenshots of the conversation, Bobrisky wrote, “Omo, the jewelry is heavy! Close to 8 million for a person’s party.”
However, after examining the chats, many netizens pointed out that there was no evidence or receipt of payment for the gold jewelry, leading them to believe that Bobrisky had not actually made the payment.
One user, Adreajife, commented, “A whole mummy of Lagos. You should have paid immediately.”
Garvey147 stated, “Post when you send the money.”
Nee_mah_tah_llah wrote, “The deleted message. The word that the father must hear, the father doesn’t want to hear it. This is where we are.”
Real_onuh pleaded, “Please, next time, don’t credit or post anything until you’ve made the payment.”
Jaswill_chris added, “We didn’t see the receipt, though.”
The leaked chat and the absence of payment evidence have left many disappointed and questioning the authenticity of Bobrisky’s claims.
