In a revealing interview with Potpourri, popular Nollywood actress Rachael Okonkwo shared her thoughts on Nigerian men and discussed how she would handle a situation where she discovered her partner cheating with another woman.
Despite valuing her privacy, Okonkwo, also known by her famous nickname “Nkoli Nwa Nsukka,” candidly expressed her views on Nigerian men. “Nigerian men are good lovers, but they often cheat due to the influence of their cultural inclination towards polygamy. While some are very caring, others may not be. Nevertheless, I genuinely love Nigerian men,” she said.
When asked if she had ever experienced a broken heart, she responded, “I have been heartbroken once, several years ago, and I am determined not to let it happen again.”
The actress further revealed her stance on what she would do if she caught her partner in bed with another woman. “Jesus! I can’t even imagine that, but if it ever happens, that would be the end of the relationship. If I were to catch him with another woman, it would hurt me deeply. However, if he sincerely apologizes, I might consider giving him a second chance,” she stated.
