Veteran Yoruba actress Doyin Kukoyi has shared the heartbreaking story of her father’s sudden passing, revealing how his death deeply impacted her and her family.
In an interview posted on Kunleafod TV’s official YouTube channel, the actress recounted the events leading up to his death. She explained that her father attended a party on Saturday, became ill on Sunday, sought medical attention, and tragically passed away on Monday.
Reflecting on the loss, she said, “My father rarely fell sick, except for minor ailments like headaches. I was on a TV program when someone called to inform me about his illness. He went to a party on Saturday, fell sick on Sunday, and suddenly passed away on Monday. My father shouldn’t have died at that time. He was very caring, and I would have loved for my children to know him.”
In another post Ayotomide Labinjo, the mother of 11-year-old Anu, has come out to make explosive allegations against Afrobeats superstar Davido in a decades-long paternity saga.
The mother of one claimed she caught the singer bribing the doctor assigned to conduct a DNA test to settle the lingering dispute over Anu’s paternity.
This revelation comes on the heels of her daughter’s bold declaration of being an Adeleke, a statement that sent shockwaves through social media and drew swift rebuttals from Davido’s former lawyer, Prince Bobo, who maintained that DNA tests conducted in two separate hospitals had already disproven Davido’s paternity.
However, Ayotomide has now come forward with her version of events, in a detailed tell-all shared on her daughter’s Instagram account, opened by their benefactor, controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo.
