“Things are getting out of hand it is really affeccting me” – Actor Saidi Balogun cries out after what happened to him

Nollywood actor Saidi Balogun has expressed his outrage over the nation’s circumstances and economic distress.

In a recent post on his Instagram page, the Yoruba actor questioned whether Nigeria has a functioning pricing control or price regulating body. He further inquired about how such a body would mitigate the effects of inflation, highlighting the growing concerns over the country’s economic situation.

The actor noted how things are getting out of hand.

“Do we have a functional price control or piece regulatory agency in Nigeria?

How do we cushion the effects of inflation?

Because things are getting out of hand”.

A few days back, Lizzy Gold had noted how the price of new petrol pump was now N1000 for a litre and foodstuffs in the market are extremely expensive.


Questioning how people were surviving, she noted how many were hungry dying, and there was insecurity everywhere with a daily increase of kidnappings. Making a passionate appeal to the President, she urged him to do something as she noted how the citizens look up to him.

He noted that amid the hardship in the country, citizens wake up daily with smiles on their faces, still pushing it.
