A Naira Marley associate, going by the name pesk_, recently posted on social media, insisting that Nigerians would eventually have to apologize to Naira Marley and his close friend, Sam Larry.
In the Insta-stories section of their official Instagram page, the UK-based affiliate claimed that Naira Marley and Sam Larry had no knowledge of Mohbad’s tragic demise. They accused Nigerians of unfairly implicating them.
This statement comes in the wake of public demands for an autopsy on Mohbad, whose body was recently exhumed. Startling revelations had surfaced regarding the harassment and assault Mohbad allegedly suffered from Sam Larry after leaving Marlian Records.
The associate emphasized, “The same intensity with which everyone used my brother’s name as a scapegoat must be matched with an apology for how mistaken you all were. And even then, that won’t be sufficient. NM shows no mercy.”
