Popular Yoruba film actress Toyin Alausa has opened up about her current relationship status and the challenges she faces in finding a partner.
In an interview shared on the official YouTube channel of Wasilacoded TV, Alausa revealed that she is still single and actively searching for true love. She noted that some men hesitate to approach her for a relationship because of her profession as an actress.
In her statement, she said, “Some people thought that I’m married, and they used to address me by my father’s name, thinking that it’s my husband’s name. It is not possible for me to hide my husband if I have one, but I know that I will have a man in my life when the time is right.
I’m still single and searching, but some men are afraid to toast me because I’m an actress. The truth is that, if a man is very sure that he is not going to be deceitful, he does not have any reason to be afraid of me.”
Alhaja Azeezat has disclosed how she lost a big amount of money when she produced her own song alongside prominent singer Saheed Osupa, while also noting how a marketer thwarted her efforts in the music industry.
In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Oyinmomo TV during an interview, she disclosed that she cried when she lost five million naira she spent to produce her song with Saheed Osupa.
In her statement, she said, “I traveled to Ibadan to visit Saheed Osupa to record a song with him, and I spent over 4 million naira to record the song. There were different marketers who wanted to promote the song because they already knew that the song was going to be popular.
I cried when I lost over 4 million naira I used to produce my own song with Saheed Osupa. The marketer only gave me 300,000 naira in installments, and up till now I haven’t received any additional money.”
