A pregnant woman has shared a chilling experience after waking up to a mysterious, bloody handprint on her belly, claiming she was attacked by a spirit in her sleep.
The woman, a resident of Grand Cape Mount County, Liberia, recounted her ordeal in an interview with Liberian journalist Donso Sheriff.
She revealed that in her dream, an unknown woman tried to take her unborn baby, leading to a struggle. Upon waking, she was shocked to find the eerie handprint on her stomach, deepening her fears about the supernatural encounter.
“When I opened my eyes, my stomach was burning. When I looked down, there was a red handprint on my belly… and it was bleeding,” she recounted, her voice shaking,” she stated.
After discovering the handprint on her belly in the morning, her family rushed her to the hospital.
While medical practitioners have yet to offer a scientific explanation, many residents believe it was a spiritual attack.
