Yoruba actress Ojumola Bello has revealed how she set a Guinness World Record by acting in a film for six consecutive days without sleep. She also reflected on the fulfillment she felt after achieving this remarkable feat.
In an interview on Oyinmomo TV’s official YouTube channel, the actress disclosed her determination to achieve a unique milestone in the movie industry. She stated that her goal was to create a record no other actor had achieved, which inspired her to embark on the marathon acting challenge.
“I wanted to set a record that would make me stand out in the industry,” she shared. “That’s why I decided to do an acting marathon. I am the only actress who broke the Guinness World Record for acting non-stop in a movie for six days without sleeping. Although the reward from Guinness didn’t come immediately, I wasn’t bothered because I didn’t do it for the money. I did it to gain recognition.”
Her achievement has not only earned her accolades but also inspired others to pursue excellence and dedication in their craft.
In another post In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Biola Adebayo Ent during an interview with Biola Adebayo, she disclosed that she produced her own movie with over a million naira but that she only made eleven thousand naira in return.
In her statement, she said, “My elder brother wanted me to further my education in school, but I told him that he should give me the money so that I can pursue my movie career. I produced my own movie with over 1 million naira, but I made just 11,000 naira in return.
“Despite recording the loss, I did not give up on my movie career, and right now I’m working on various movie projects because I’m a hardworking person.”
