Renowned Yoruba actress Abeni Agbon has opened up about why some individuals are hesitant to associate with her. However, she noted that others have come to understand the reason behind her choice of roles in films.
In an interview shared on Kunleafod TV’s official YouTube channel, Abeni Agbon revealed that the apprehension stems from the characters she portrays in movies, which often leave a lasting impression on viewers.
In her statement, she said, “When I started acting movies, some people used to think that I was a wicked person because of the roles I play in movies. Some people were afraid to associate with me because of the roles I play in movies. It later got to a time when some people started to realize that I was only doing my job based on the movie roles that were given to me.”
