Naijalegit recalls that Debbie Shokoya had her first child in August 2024. The internet was not overwhelmed with heartwarming words and congratulatory messages to the mother.
In 2023, Debbie lost her first pregnancy at eight months.
She shared this news in an emotional video on her Instagram page, where she tearfully recounted how she lost her pregnancy, how she sacrificed and went through a lot for her unborn child and even bonded with her child so well before the loss.
The mother of one also opened up on her pregnancy journey, revealing that she first thought she lost but God was planning the best for her.
She recalled how the result said she had high prolactin, but God turned it into pregnancy. Shokoya spoke about how the devil tried using her trauma against her but God was standing by her and He blessed her beyond how she could describe it.
