Actor Saidi Balogun Seen at Ooni Of Ife 50th Birthday Celebration Despite Losing His Daughter This Month

Nollywood actor Saidi Balogun has sparked reactions online after being spotted at the Ooni of Ife’s birthday celebration, just days following the tragic loss of his daughter.

Balogun’s appearance at the event quickly became a subject of discussion on social media, with many expressing their thoughts on his public outing so soon after the bereavement.

In a video shared on Instagram by @Goldmynevibes and noticed by Naijalegit, Saidi Balogun attended the eight-year memorial for Princess Toyin Kolade’s mother.

He wore his usual white outfit and was seen among the attendees, receiving blessings from the women gathered at the grave. After the prayers, Saidi Balogun was observed leaving the ceremony.

Recall that Saidi Balogun learned of his daughter Zinat’s passing on last week Friday when he was preparing for his second stage show at Terra Kulture in Lagos.

Alongside Aisha Lawal, Yomi Fash-Lanso, Yaw, and Kareem Adepoju (Baba Wande), the 57year-old was performing in Asiyanbi: Ti Oluwa Nile.

Zinat was his first child from his former marriage to Sherifat which produced two children.

Many netizens reacted to the way he stepped out despite losing his daughter recently
