Nigerian actor Jide Awobona has penned a heartfelt tribute to the horse used in the filming of Lisabi, which sadly passed away before the movie’s release.
On his verified social media handle, Jide Awobona shared a video and photo of himself and fellow actor Ibrahim Chatta with the horse, accompanied by an emotional caption honoring the animal’s role in the production.
In his caption the actor said
He Was waiting for Lisabi to be out before he could post these pictures and videos.
AREWA (the horse) was a great Actor on the set, did so well , very strong , fast, friendly, and reliable , it’s so sad that she died before LISABI starts airing So sorry Uncle @ibrahimchatta_lordthespis
