Nigerian filmmaker and actress Wumi Toriola has made headlines by surpassing her colleague Funke Akindele at the box office.
Wumi Toriola recently announced that her viral film, currently being screened across Nigeria, has grossed an impressive sum of over 100 million Naira.
The movie became the highest opening movie for a non holiday film and highest by a distributor.
Sharing the news on her official social media page, Wumi Toriola expressed how thrilled and grateful she is to her incredible fans who helped her achieved the feat.
The mother of one further begged Nigerians to stream the movie with promises that they would not regret the experience.
