Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, a well-known street pop artist, has sparked reactions on social media with his recent apology to a pastor he had previously assaulted.
The incident, where Portable attacked the pastor for preaching in front of Odogwu Bar in Sango Ota, had already made headlines. His public apology has since drawn significant attention and stirred conversations online.
His actions quickly went viral, sparking backlash from the public and religious communities. Many criticized Portable for disrespecting a man of God, while others called for the artist to make amends for his actions.
He recently tendered his apology to the masses, claiming that he does not know that the man was a real man of God.
In a latest video, it appeared that the Zeh Nation boss regretted his harsh actions toward the pastor and was deeply sorry. Portable was seen weeping uncontrollably as he went on his knees, apologizing to the pastor.
In response to Portable’s apology, the pastor graciously accepted, as he embraced him tightly. He however pleaded to his co-pastors to forgive the ‘Zazuu’ crooner, urging them to show kindness and support for Portable.
