Veteran actor and film director Abiodun Jimoh has revealed some concerns about actress Jumoke Odetola’s character, which led him to believe she might struggle to go far in the Nollywood industry.
Jimoh explained that her attitude didn’t align well with the demands of Nollywood, and he initially intended to have a conversation with her about it. However, he was taken aback by her childish response. To his surprise, soon after, he noticed indirect quotes about the issue appearing on her Instagram story.
He continued that it really amaze him when he saw some of her friends backbiting about on what he did not do.
Although the full video of his podcast is yet to be released, more details will soon emerge explaining why film director Abiodun Jimoh believes that Jumoke Odetola’s character could hinder her success in Nollywood.
Jimoh was quoted saying, “Jumoke Odetola has some characters that could not go with Nollywood,” sparking interest in his perspective on the actress.
Meanwhile, in a separate development, actress Jumoke Odetola recently caused a stir online by sharing her excitement over a new blessing. The Yoruba movie star took to Instagram to announce that she is pregnant again, expressing her joy and stating that she “can’t keep calm.”
Jumoke apologized to her fans for her recent absence on social media, explaining that the significant child she is expecting required some personal time. Promising to share more details later, she conveyed the excitement and anticipation she feels with “butterflies in her belly.”
