Grammy Award-Winner Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun professionally known as Wizkid has taken to social media to react after DJ Chicken disrespected his late mother.
It’s unfortunate to hear that DJ Chicken berated Wizkid’s late mother and expressed dissatisfaction over not receiving money from the artist. Such comments can be hurtful, especially during a difficult time.
Dragging Wizkid further, DJ Chicken disclosed that Wizkid will soon join his mother in the grave soon.
This did not sit down well with Nigerians most especially Wizkid FC as they called for the arrest of DJ Chicken.
Recognizing his error, DJ Chicken has issued an apology to Wizkid and the Wizkid FC, emphasizing that it’s all about love. Apologizing is a step towards resolving any misunderstandings.
However, the apology by DJ Chicken was not accepted by Wizkid FC and by extension denied him of his access to his TikTok account.
Wizkid in a now-deleted post has taken to the insta-stories section of his verified Instagram page to react.
The “Essence” crooner disclosed that life is cheap and no one should forget that.
He wrote; “Life is cheap, No forget.”
