Wizkid arrives in Surulere and Makoko to distribute N100 million to children for Christmas, capturing the heartwarming moments in a video.

Renowned Nigerian artist Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, honors his commitment to donate 100 million naira for Christmas by visiting the Surulere and Makoko areas of Lagos, engaging in an outreach to children in the neighborhood.

The artist had pledged this generous sum on Monday, December 11, with the aim of supporting children in various regions of the country during the Christmas celebration.

According to Wizkid, the sum of N100M is for the honour of his late mother Mrs Juliana Morayo Balogun who died on August 18th, 2023 in London.

Although the singer did not disclose the specifics of how the funds would be distributed, he has been observed in Surulere and the Makoko area of Lagos State, Nigeria, accompanied by his security personnel at different locations.

Previously, he announced that he would initiate the cash distribution in Surulere today.

Nevertheless, video evidence collected from social media indicates that the singer has visited both Surulere and the Makoko area of Lagos State, Nigeria, today.
