Actress Sola Kosoko acknowledges the benefits of having a renowned father in the industry, veteran actor Jide Kosoko.
In an interview, she admitted that her father’s name has opened doors for her and facilitated her entry into the profession.
Sola Kosoko noted that People tend to respect her more because she’s Jide Kosoko’s daughter and the name “Kosoko” has impacted her life in a numerous way both positive and negatively.
Despite these advantages, Kosoko’s daughter talked about the few negative moments where she was sometimes envied by colleagues.
She also emphasized that her ability to sustain herself in the industry depends on her own talent and dedication.
