Fans have criticized Nollywood actress Omowunmi Ajiboye for her explanation regarding her alleged involvement with MC Oluomo and his role in her marital issues.
The Yoruba actress had publicly embarrassed her estranged husband and father of her kids as she snubbed it at her mother’s burial.
Naijalegit reported during the week that the actress laid her mother to rest in the ancient city of Osogbo, Osun state in grand style, and after the event, she penned a long epistle to appreciate MC Oluomo on Instagram while she only wrote a sentence to appreciate Segun Ogungbe
Recall that Gistlover alleged MC Oluomo’s involvement in Omowunmi Ajiboye’s marital issues, asserting that he furnished a new house for her, leading to her departure from her home. The blog further claimed that her husband, Segun, had returned to his first wife, Atinuke.
Segun Ogungbe’s subdued demeanor at his mother-in-law’s burial, with MC Oluomo taking center stage, was attributed to the alleged marital issues.
Commenters criticized the Yoruba star, blaming him for taking a second wife despite having a good first wife and accused Omowunmi of leaving her husband for MC Oluomo.
In an Instagram post on Sunday, Wunmi addressed the criticism and refuted claims of any romantic involvement with MC Oluomo.
She described herself as a virtuous woman and wouldn’t allow her hard work, tenacity, and personality to rob her of her sweat. She noted how many keep tagging MC Oluomo as the man bankrolling her, which she has finally gotten fed up off.
Despite her explanation, many didn’t believe her as they dragged her.

In June, reports circulated that Segun Ogungbe and Wunmi Ajiboye had separated.
According to Gistlover, Segun couldn’t fund Wunmi’s lifestyle, hence why she resulted to having extramarital affairs. Now she has returned to the streets.
