Famous Nollywood actor Gabriel Afolayan has publicly acknowledged the birth of his twins, revealing a photo of his second family while navigating a divorce with his first wife.
Last year, news of the birth of his twins was initially reported by an anonymous Instagram blogger, Gistlovers. The controversial blog indicated that his wife had taken legal action to compel him to sign divorce papers to gain her freedom.
It also claimed that the actor was preparing for a naming ceremony for his girlfriend at her parents’ house, all while he was still legally married.
Investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo also joined in, disclosing that Gabriel had become a father to twins with a woman other than his wife during the divorce proceedings, while resisting the signing of the divorce papers.
In a recent development on his Instagram page, the actor has confirmed the accuracy of these reports as he celebrated his twins’ birthday.
Gabriel Afolayan, in a post that includes a photo of his twins and their mother, openly shared his affection for them, referring to them as a united team.
Marking their birthday, he penned, “R.E.D.E.F.I.N.A.T.I.O.N 🌹 Happy birthday to my entire crew. ❤️”
