Award-winning Nigerian singer David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, has now reacted to the news of welcoming a set of twins with his wife, Chioma.
He confirmed the arrival of the twins on his verified X platform (formerly known as Twitter) without refuting the news.
Recall that on October 10, 2023, Intel Region reported that Davido and Chioma welcomed twins in the United States around 9pm on October 9, 2023.
It’s important to note that the couple tragically lost their son, Ifeanyi, in October of the previous year at their residence in Banana Island, Lagos.
Davido’s elder brother, Adewale Adeleke, as well as several media personalities including Ovie, Daddy Freeze, Iyabo Ojo, Darlington Chidera Ibekwe, and others, have confirmed the arrival of the twins.
In a post shared on his X platform on October 11, 2023, Davido, in response to the birth of the twins, urged netizens to stop circulating old videos that are circulating online. He wrote, “Stop circulating old pictures, thank you ❤️.”
