Kayode Emmanuel Oduoye is a member of the People’s Democratic Party who contested for a seat in the House of Representatives, representing the constituents of Ifelodun/Odo-Otin/Boripe Federal Constituency in Osun State.
In light of the information provided by his party agents, suggesting that the election results were biased in favor of his opponent, Oduoye was encouraged by his numerous supporters to challenge the election results at the Election Tribunal. Ultimately, on December 16, 2015, the Court of Appeal in Akure upheld the decision of the trial Tribunal presided over by Justice A.G. Kwajaffa, effectively concluding the case against him.
