The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, has shown the government’s dedication to pursuing justice in the Mohbad case. He led an official delegation to visit Mohbad’s mother and reaffirmed the commitment to delivering justice.
During his visit, he emphasized that both the police and the Department of State Services (DSS) would work together to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the matter.
Furthermore, the Deputy Governor confirmed that the government would provide support to the family and ensure the well-being of Mohbad’s child.
This visit and commitment highlight the importance of addressing the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s passing and offering assistance to the grieving family.
It’s worth noting that Nigerian music producer ID Cabasa has publicly called for the arrest of Mohbad’s late father. ID Cabasa contends that Mohbad’s father should face legal consequences for burying his son the day after his death without investigating the cause of his demise. Additionally, ID Cabasa alleged that Zinoleesky’s car and house were purchased under Naira Marley’s name, rather than Zinoleesky’s own.
