Nigerian actor Yomi Fabiyi seeks reconciliation with his son one year after his second marriage to Oreofe Grace Fabiyi came to an end.
Sharing an endearing video of himself caring for his son, the prolific actor offers a heartfelt apology, writing, “Akorede mi owon, I apologize, I miss you dearly. Daddy will return shortly, but I have to connect with our fans, supporters, and friends; they mean a lot. They all send their warm wishes, buddy.
We’ll visit them together soon, okay? Be ready to record me too.” Furthermore, I have exciting news for you, Akorede Imole.”
Previously, Naijalegit reported that Yomi Fabiyi expressed joy as the Lagos government acknowledged his petition, urging the arrest of Comedian Princess in the Baba Ijesha case.
Recalling that Yomi Fabiyi, through his human rights organization, Break The Silence Foundation, had submitted a petition requesting the apprehension and prosecution of Princess and her associates.
In an open letter addressed to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Fabiyi highlighted that following the arrest of his colleague Baba Ijesha for a minor’s assault, a DNA test confirmed that the semen found on the victim did not belong to Baba Ijesha.
Fabiyi, who noted that previous communications with the governor had gone unanswered, emphasized that Princess, the victim’s foster mother, might have legal obligations to address in this matter if justice and due process prevail.
In a recent update, Yomi shared a photo of the stamped acknowledgment from the Lagos government for the letter he sent, along with the caption, “Isu atenu m’oro kin jona…..”
