A high school graduate who attained the highest achievements is making waves on social media after obtaining four F9 grades in her WASSCE exam results.
A Twitter user posted an image displaying the West African Examination Council (WAEC) results of a female student.
However, her performance in the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) contradicts her recognition as the top graduating student in her school.
Based on the outcomes, she secured F9 grades in four out of the nine subjects she undertook. @dexterouz11 expressed astonishment and concern about how a top graduating student could achieve such subpar results.
The post also brought attention to the student’s claim that there might be an error in the results and her intention to retake the examinations.
The user stated: “How can someone be the best graduating student in their school and yet receive 4 F9 grades in WAEC out of 9 subjects? This situation doesn’t add up. She’s suggesting there might be a mistake and she plans to sit for the exams again. How possible is this?
