Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has been vocal about his alleged affair with colleague Mo Bimpe.
In a recent interview, Yomi Fabiyi shared his side of the story, recounting how he played a significant role in Mo Bimpe’s rise to stardom by casting her in his movie when she was relatively unknown.
He expressed feelings of betrayal and hurt as he claimed that Mo Bimpe later abandoned him after she found success, and she made Toyin Abraham her mentor. Yomi also mentioned an incident where Mo Bimpe greeted Toyin Abraham during a meeting on his movie set, but he claimed that Toyin didn’t respond to her.
Yomi reiterated his stance, firmly asserting that he never asked Mo Bimpe for any sexual favors before casting her in his movie.
He accused the wife of Lateef Adedimeji of using him as a scapegoat and attempting to falsely accuse him of sexual assault, claiming that she had been involved with many others before her marriage.
Yomi emphasized that he played a significant role in shaping Mo Bimpe’s career by giving her a chance in his movie when she was relatively unknown. He also mentioned an incident where Mo Bimpe greeted Toyin, who she now considers her mentor, during a meeting on his movie set, but Toyin didn’t respond to her.
