Following the passing of her husband, Late Murphy Afolabi, Deenat Animashaun, his wife, was deeply affected by his absence during their daughter, Fathia Afolabi’s high school graduation.
Overwhelmed with emotions, the proud mother found it challenging to contain her tears of joy, yearning for her beloved partner to have been there to witness their daughter’s remarkable milestone.
In spite of the bittersweet moment, Deenat fervently prayed for her daughter’s success and happiness, holding onto the hope that everything would align perfectly for Fathia to achieve all her aspirations in life.
In her heartfelt message, she expressed her uncontrollable tears of joy as she watched Fathia graduate from secondary school. Deenat also expressed her deep wish that her late husband could have been present to witness this achievement. She acknowledged that although it all seemed like a play, she credited Almighty Allah for making it a reality, and she offered all glory and adoration to Him, the knower of all things.
As Fathia steps up in life, Deenat conveyed her hope that the Almighty would guide and perfect her path towards accomplishing all her aims in life.
Lastly, Deenat extended her heartfelt gratitude to all the teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and the founder of Abba Coterie Secondary School. She thanked them for their exemplary work and dedication to the moral and academic development of the students, and she expressed her reserved gratitude, praying for blessings and rewards from God upon them all.
