Nollywood star Mercy Johnson has responded to her fellow actress Funke Akindele following a reported altercation between them.
Mercy Johnson shared a video clip from a scene in their movie “Battle on Buka Street” that featured a confrontation between their on-screen characters.
In response, Funke Akindele made a comment playfully inquiring about Mercy Johnson’s home address, suggesting her intention to engage in a physical confrontation by stating her desire to “break the actress’s head.”
Reacting to Funke’s comment, Mercy Johnson jokingly advised her to allow those without heads to breathe and not suffocate them. She added a playful warning that teeth might fall out and mentioned that she was in Lekki.
Funke Akindele then explicitly mentioned that the reason she refrained from attacking Mercy Johnson was out of respect for Mercy Johnson’s husband, Prince Odi Okojie.
The exchange between the two actresses showcased a lighthearted banter and playful camaraderie between them.
