Nigerian actress Akinyanju Omobolarinde, widely known as Ashabi Simple, recently made a subtle reference to Zainab Badmus, the wife of her child’s father, Portable.
In an Instagram post, the actress emphasized the difference between competition and collaboration. She stated that competition occurs at the lower levels, whereas those at the top prioritize collaboration.
“Competition happens at the bottom. The people at the top are collaborating.”
Ashabi expresses her strong disapproval towards online trolls who target her wife, Bewaji, with bitter curses.
In a recent Instagram Live session, Ashabi vented her frustrations and passionately cursed her trolls.

Addressing the situation on her Instagram page, Ashabi unleashed her anger and directed heavy curses towards her detractors. She expressed her belief that these individuals would never experience true joy in their lives.
Confronting her trolls, she questioned the legitimacy of their parents’ marriage and highlighted that she is not the first person to become pregnant by a married man. She emphasized her commitment to respecting the boundaries of Portable’s senior wives and reassured the public that he would not abandon her.
“Those of you criticizing me for marrying Portable, ask yourself: Did your father wed your mother? I am not the first person to become pregnant by a married man. You will never see me infringing upon the rights of my senior wives.”
